    STORY?!?! Did you watch How to train your Dragon? The story was VERY GOOD, and the 3D wasn’t a gimmick, it worked very well.
    Sorry you cant see the 3D effect, not everyone can (my mom can’t) but that’s not a reason to say that 3D is just a craze or fad (I know you didn’t say fad). It is here to stay, but you don’t have to see the 3D version if you don’t want to, and you have that option with 3D Blu-Ray.
    I like the new 3D, it works really nice, much better than old Red/Cyan ;)

    I don’t really see the appeal of this 3D craze. I’m one of those people who can’t see 3D even with the glasses on my nose, but I care more about the story and characters in a movie. I’d hate to see directors solely concentrate on this 3D thriller bandwagon and thus ignore the story and the ‘message’ of the film itself.
