    miley sounds better when she sings slow songs.
    she runs around too much on stage and it puffs her out so she sounds shit when she tries to sing. its easier if you move slower and sing slower songs.

    yes because this is the concert shown on DC Asia (look at the date July 09, the movie premiers on US July 20+ right?) the concert premiered here on DC Asia (June something) and ALL of the DCOMs here are sped up! Even HSM, HSM2 (all for one was horrible here sounded like chipmunk)! They do that just to save some time to show other shows on time.
