definitely NO smaller than a 55″
depends, you probably wont be sitting at the back wall, you need to know where the tv is going to be and where your going to be sitting. if your sitting 13 feet away, to see 1080p you need to have 20/20 vision and you need a tv that is at least 70″ and ideally one that is about 100″ for the full benefit of 1080p, otherwise no human eye even can distinguish the difference. 10 feet away for 1080p you need about 55″ to 75″
also, 3dtv’s have a maximum viewing distance that is recommended and is usually under 10 feet
That really depends on the viewing distances you ultimately will viewing the set at. But if your talking about sitting from the far side of the room to the other, you can go as large as you want, 60 or 65 inch. I would recommend the Panasonic vera series, they are currently making the best all around Tv’s and certainly 3d Tv’s.
