I upgraded from Leopard to Snow, and now I get a green screen with sound, and no video.
This issue hasn’t been solved sinde Snow came out (6 months).
Apple doesn’t reply to emails, ATI, Visiontek or Diamond (seller of this item).

Buy with caution. AMD has just announced that they have no plans to make Windows 7 drivers for the chips used in this product which is why I did not rate it highly. Otherwise, this product works well on Vista or XP.

It was working fine on XP but once I upgraded my computer to Win7 64 bit this product became useless.

Bought this today and I’m returning it tomorrow because Diamond’s box packaging straight out LIES to you about it’s Windows 7 compatibility. Stated clearly on the box it says it’s compatible with pretty much every Windows operation system up to Windows 7 but this is sadly not the case. After trying to get it to work for about 2 hours or so I finally did some checking and ATI’s website clearly says the 650 USB is NOT compatible with Windows 7 and at this point never will be. Diamond’s own website only lists drivers up to Windows Vista (some people have said these drivers work in 7 but for me this was not the case). I really can’t comment on how well it works since I could never get it to work but for Vista and below users it might be worth a shot, BUT for Diamond’s deceptive packaging I can only give it 2 stars at best……….
