Continuing from last year, Digital Aria’s Kenwood AVN GUI recieved a lot of attention in this year’s CES 2011. The AVN (Audio-Video-Navigation) is the central car infotainment equipment, providing radio, music, video, hands-free calling, and adjustable car settings all from a unified interface. This GUI has been produced based on FXUI-3D technology. It smoothly integrates 2D and 3D graphics and provides sophisticated transition effects between screens. FXUI-3D provides a high-quality development environment by enabling efficient GUI prototyping and development. This secures an adequate testing period while being able to reflect the latest GUI design trends of the market. The CES 2011 GUI is scheduled to be mounted on the top three Kenwood AVN models. Based on their mutually increased trust, the two firms expect to continue collaborating for upcoming models in 2012.
