www.X-ROBOT.COM –3D AVATAR NEYTIRI INTERVIEW A virtual avatar of James Cameron’s 3D Neytiri (from AVATAR) says Cameron’s DIGITAL 3D = Analog 3D per Virtual 3D Chat Worlds at CJMcKinlay aka.Colin James McKinlay’s Free X-TRONKA 3D EARTH ISO-INVASION Site. U can be a Neytiri and Jake avatar or even drive a “cybercycle” or ride a Tron Legacy-like “Recognizoid” on the X-TRONIKA 3D EARTH ISO-INVASION GRID (VRML). James Cameron’s “Digital 3D” is an attempt to establish an antiquated kind of “3D” as an industry standard. Actually, its dual-coloured glasses technique is derived from comic-books from at least as far back as the 1950s, a process that produces a colour-tainted multi-layered effect rather than 3 dimensions. One might at least distinguish this as “Analog 3D”. I find this intrusive layered distancing of objects from one’s natural visual perspective quite distracting– and colour distortions are still a problem — ie. why is the whole movie blue? Cameron’s “3D movie“ uses actual 3D (ie. the xyz co-ordinate system) beautifully to build the environments, the machines, and motion-captured (MOCAP) characters. Xyz 3D has long been in rapid development on …

Hi Subscribers to our Channel THE FREE ROBO-TRON 3D GRID.
I hope you’ve installed one of the free 3D browsers, because I am especially pleased with how my conversions to Tron Legacy-like worlds are coming along (eg. Austronika). This is not the rubber-suited movie, nor the animated game, but actual VR immersion with freedom of movement somewhat like Kevin & Sam Flynn had.
So come & leave a message to a Fiynn in any world.eg. Which was the best movie? The old TRON or new?
3D is an unnecessary diversion in movies (an added expense). I have seen AVATAR 5 times (once in 3D), In 3D, compared to 2D DVD version, the colour is washed out, objects are often blurred, & over-lapping. The DVD, which I watched 3 nights in a row, & can watch again & again, is probably the best film ever for its uninhibitted colouring of an amazing CGI environment & characters etc Bravo!
2D in films stimulates us to imagine the perspective naturally vs.3D simulation.. .
